I have seen things on TV that I think would be cool so I have bought it. Or I hear about events on the radio that I decide to go to. I think that advertisements are very effective when it comes to purchasing things. There are also ads in the paper from different stores that show things that you may need that are on sale so you can save money on them.
They have affected me by reaching me at my house. They reach you when you are doing your daily tasks. For example, a while ago, I seen that KFC came out with a sandwich, with 2 pieces of chicken as the buns and bacon in the middle. It was amazing, and they reached me at home when I was hungry, thats how they got me.
Once in a while places like Dominos will advertise new foods that look really good and then I get cravings for it and buy some. Also when I see video games get advertised such as Call of Duty the action and violence makes me want that game. I recently saw a preview for Fast Five, now I want to go see that on April 29th when that comes out.
You see commercials on TV every day. Also every website you go to has advertisements on it everyday. I have bought things before because I saw a commercial for it on TV and it looked like it would be a good product. Advertisements affect what we buy whether we realize it or not.
Advertisements have made me buy something that wasn't as good as they projected it to be. Well a cd i bought was advertised to be good and that it was what all the kids were buying s oi bought it to and the cd wasn't as good as it was told to be. I thought the cd was terrible and the bad words were cut out of the music so i didn't really care for it.
Advertisements have affected me in many ways. I have been affected by ads on TV, radio, and the newspaper. Mostly the ads on TV have persuaded me to buy the most things. I think ads are very affective in purchasing things. The ads that stores send out that say things are on sale are pretty affective too.
People are more likely going to buy a product that they have heard of before. I see advertisements all the time, like on TV or in a magazine. I have boughten things that I've seen in my magazine before just because it looked good. Also I have seen bad ads, which then I won't want to buy that product. I have looked through ads in the Sunday paper and then you can see the things on sale, which gets you to go to the store and check it out.
Advertisements have effected me by making me think of trying something new because it looks good and then i go somewhere and buy it... i tried the chipolte angus bacon burger from mcdonald's. turns out it was very good just like the advertisement said. but still the point is the only reason i tried it was because it looked really good on the commercials. it proved to me that this burger was going to be better than the double quarter pounder with cheese like i usually would have gotten?
I buy TONS of cds. If I ever see a commercial where they play the music and talk about the album, I will buy it. That influences me. If they have positive reviews and cool album artwork I will buy it. Also, previews for movies influence me alot too. If it looks good and is funny and has a lot of action, I will go to it.
You remember the jingles and catchy tunes that some advertisements play so then you look for their product. You also buy things that are appealing. If an advertisement uses a good looking guy, then you might shop at that store for the clothes that the girl was wearing such as Aeropostale. The more often they are played, you remember the product. They can also persuade you to not buy things. Like if the product looks bad.
Advertisements affect you every thing you buy. One such example of this is the Audi R8 I recently bought. I saw an advertisment on TV for it and thought hey I have an extra $150,000 laying around so I went and bought it. A more realistic example though is when I see diffirent food advertisement. This is exemplified when I saw Wendy's had all natural sea salt fries. I then went and ate there.
advertisement has affected me in many ways by: convincing me to buy things, makeing me think that i need it to make my life easier when actually i dont need it, concerts, food, ect.
well you see...every once in a while i kind of want to buy something so then i see how it works on a advertisement. then i think it would be nice to have so i buy it.
I have seen things on on the internet and on tv. There have been alot of things that look like a good idea or good price that you think you need. This is how advertising works for most people. A good example would be aftermarket parts for a snowmobile i guess you can get them cheaper online then you can in aberdeen and be sure of what you are getting it seems to work alot better.
Well I will occasionally take a gander through the old newspaper ads to see if there is anything i might like. I once bought a motorized scooter as a young child through an ad in the Aberdeen American Newspaper. I think that it all comes down to your sense. If you see something you want bad, it doesn't matter if it's in an ad or you just see it, you want it.
Advertisements affect me in almost everything i buy. If you see something that is appealing & reasonable, why not buy it? Watching the Reebok Zigtech commercials eventually led me to buy my Zigs.
advertisements have affected things i have bought because they pursuade me to buy something. Every sunday there is an add section in the paper and i usually look through those adds and if i see a good deal ill go to that store next time i need somthing. Such as one time menards had a pressure washer sale so i went there the next day and purchased one. They pursuaded me to buy it cause it looked like such a good deal but if i would have shopped around and waited i could have found a better one for the same price. The advertising worked.
Adversisments really can affect the things that you buy. I saw a lot of ads about the new iTouch when it came out. I really wanted one after seeing all of the commericials about it. So I ended up buying one. Another example would be that sometimes see ads for a specific clothing store. Then when I go to a mall that has that store in it, I am more likely to buy clothing from that store.
